A little help getting settled.

Contact hzlinj@126.com with your TV model, app version and the step you need help with. Never include passwords or recovery codes.

Release status

The web studio and browser player are under release validation. Samsung store availability is pending submission and approval; do not assume the app can already be downloaded on your TV. Supported models will be listed after verification.

Connect your screen

  1. Create your studio and save the recovery code.
  2. Edit the sample menu with your own shop name and prices.
  3. Open MenuSprig on the TV and scan its QR code, or enter the six-digit code in Your screens.
  4. Confirm the correct shop name with the TV remote.
  5. Choose Publish to screens. Wait for “Menu applied” in Your screens.

You can test the flow with the browser player. It uses the same pairing API but does not simulate TV-specific behavior.

Everyday use

Open the app after turning on the TV. Set sold-out items on your phone, save and publish. Choose your shop time zone before scheduling dayparts. Your phone’s preview shows your draft, which may differ from the currently published menu.

When something goes wrong

Offline: the screen continues its last completely downloaded menu. Failed update: fix the reported error and retry; the previous menu stays. Expired code: refresh it on the TV. Unsupported media: export a JPEG photo or an H.264 / AAC MP4, up to 1080p and 60 seconds. Lost password: use your saved recovery code.

TV controls

Use directional keys and OK to select a button. Press Back to open screen settings and the exit confirmation. Unpair from the studio or reset the TV app to clear its local credentials.
