What we store

Your email, securely hashed password and recovery code, menu content, uploaded photos and videos, screen identifiers, publication status and payment references. PayPal handles payment credentials; we do not store card numbers. Basic request information is used for abuse prevention and service operation.

Where your content lives

Menu data and media are stored on our service infrastructure. Cloudflare delivers the website and routes requests to the origin service. Paired screens download local copies for offline playback. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising profiling.

Your choices

Export menu data and delete your account in Your account. Deletion removes active account data and media and revokes screens. Offline copies can only be cleared when a screen reconnects, or by clearing the app on the TV. Necessary payment records are retained for accounting and dispute handling without the account email. Deleted content may remain in rolling backups for up to 14 days.

Cookies and recovery

We use an essential sign-in cookie and local preferences. No marketing cookies are required. Save your recovery code: the initial release does not send password reset emails.

Send privacy requests to our support address. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or payment details.
